• Automated food label generation
• Features designed to support food safety best practices
• Export to PDF and ZPL for thermal printers
• Label history and management
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us of any changes to your payment method
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

9. Food Safety Disclaimer

PrintEnPlace is not a substitute for professional food safety training, HACCP plans, ServSafe certification, or health department consultations. The shelf life calculations, storage recommendations, and food safety guidance provided by this software are general references based on widely accepted food safety practices. Actual safe storage times may vary based on your specific ingredients, preparation methods, storage conditions, and local regulations. You assume all responsibility for food safety decisions in your establishment.

This software does not guarantee compliance with any food safety regulations, including but not limited to FDA Food Code, EU Regulation 1169/2011, ANVISA, or any local health department requirements. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their labels meet all applicable local, state, federal, and international food safety requirements.

Allergen information provided by this software is for reference purposes only. Users must independently verify all allergen declarations against their actual ingredients, suppliers, and preparation methods. PrintEnPlace is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from allergen information displayed on labels generated by this service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Print en Place be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall PrintEnPlace's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
